Join Us for an Unforgettable Challenge
In 2026, Team Cornish Kelpie will be taking on the fabulous Padstow to Rock swim, in aid of Marie Curie.
The next Padstow to Rock Swim challenge, an open water sea swim, will take place on Sunday, 12 July 2026.
Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to swim one mile across the Camel Estuary – from Padstow to Rock – and to raise money to help Marie Curie Nurses continue to care for people at the end of life, whatever the illness.
If we are picked in the ballot, we will be swimming as Team Cornish Kelpie. Anyone is welcome to join us, join our training and have our support on the day. Please contact us if you are picked & would like to join the team.

CORNWALL SWIM FESTIVAL
We are super excited to announce that tickets for the Cornwall Swim Festival will soon go on sale as we celebrate our second year at this fantastic lake venue! SATURDAY 7th November 9 to 4pm
Early bird offer of £30 pp for the day including parking
Not only is it an amazing place to swim, but it also offers excellent facilities, including a café, hot showers, and a conference room. We are hoping to have a sauna on site.
The day will begin with registration at 9:00 am and continue through to 4:00 pm. There will be a variety of swim distances available, ranging from 100 metres to 2 kilometres. We are also proud to feature the Jo Wilce Memorial Race this year
Participants can complete as many swims as they wish throughout the day and will receive one commemorative medal to celebrate their achievements.
In the afternoon, we will be joined by some fantastic speakers who will be sharing their knowledge and experiences of cold water swimming. There will also be a range of stalls offering cold water swimming merchandise, equipment, and accessories
It promises to be an amazing day filled with swimming, inspiration, live music and a wonderful community atmosphere. We can’t wait to see you there!
